Greg owes his expertise to a diverse background with over 30 years of business experience in hi-tech corporate sales management and business development. He has developed land, custom homes, and program managed home remodeling and renovations for his clients.

Greg’s high energy and competitive nature started early on with sports. Greg played football, rugby, and ranked nationally as a weightlifter. He also enjoys tennis, distance swimming, and cycling. Greg has been married to his wife, Heidi, for 40 years. They have traveled extensively to places in Europe, the Mediterranean, and Africa; always searching for new places to explore.  

In his 18 year career as an affiliated Sales Associate, Greg received the top producing agent award in a 100 agent office, ranked in the top 4% worldwide, and ranked in the top 100 agents in the Silicon Valley. He is an affiliated member of the California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Throughout his career he has developed subdivisions and built several large country properties on acreage involving wells and septic systems. He also understands the permitting process whether it is a remodel, raw land, or new construction. With his skill set, education, and experience, he is able to provide exceptional one-on-one personal service for all of his clients' real estate needs and promise them “no surprises” throughout the buying or selling process.

Greg is known best for “going above and beyond” for his clients. He surrounds himself with strong sales, marketing, operations, and lending partners who also share his passion to provide world class service to his clients and friends. Over his real estate career, he has developed a comprehensive 20-point marketing plan that begins with personally understanding his client’s needs and requirements to the smallest details. Whether buying or selling a primary residence or investment property, Greg’s goal is to make his clients comfortable with a clear game plan and a detailed, step-by-step process from start to finish. He believes that constant communication is the key to success!
